1. You must register or sign up to do a course.
This involves answering some questions.
2. We will receive your sign up form and we will then make you a member of the course.
3. Your login details are your username or your email address (if you have one) and a password. The password we set up is Traynyng1?# 
4. Login to your course using your username and password from the homepage.
5. Each course has lessons.
6. You can hear the lesson by clicking on the speaker or you can read the text.
7. When you have finished the lesson click on ‘Complete’ and ‘Next Lesson’.

8. You can take a break anytime and return to the course later.

9. When you return to a course it will remember what lessons you had already completed.

10. When you have completed all lessons the website will tell you that you have finished the course.

11. You will see your Certificate of Completion on the screen at the top right corner. You can download this and print it if you want.
