Do I need an email address to do a course?
You don’t need to have an email address.
If you have an email address we will send you login details by email.
If you don’t have an email address we will need a phone number to send you login details.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you are using your own email address you can use the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
If we have given you an email address to sign in then you need to contact us using on the Forgot Password page from the bottom of the website.

Who is this course for?
This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn about advocacy, especially people with intellectual disabilities and those who support them. It’s also helpful for family members, caregivers, and educators.

Do I need to know anything  before taking the Introduction to Advocacy course?
No! This course is designed for beginners, so you don’t need to know about advocacy before starting the course.

Can I take this course at my own pace?
Yes! You can complete the course at your own pace. You can pause it and go back to it at a later time.

What if I need help with the course?
If you have any questions or need support, please ask somebody for support. You can do our courses with the support.

Is there any certificate of completion?
Yes!
After completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. We will email it to an email address you give us or WhatsApp it to a phone number.
